The Power of the Word!!!

Isaiah 55:11-13 says, "11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please , and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. 12 For ye shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands. 13 Instead of the thorn shall come up the firtree, and instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle tree: and it shall be to the LORD for aname, for an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off ."
As believers do we really know how much power we posses? Here God says that his Word shall go out and not return to him void or without result, but it shall accomplish that which he wants it to do and prosper in the thing where he sends it. You Shall receive joy and peace because of the Word. You shall also prosper and instead of the curse that was on your life, it will be replace with the blessing of the Word.
Jesus is the Word according to John 1:1,14. He went about accomplishing that which the father wants him to do, John 4:34, and when he enters into our lives he brings healing, peace, joy and deliverance.  When He died on the cross he redeemed us from the curse that receive under Adam and brought the blessing upon us, which are the promises of God. - Galatians 3:13-14; Romans 5:19.
Sometimes we are unaware of the true power that lies within, that was given to us through Christ. We have been enabled to live a victorious life through this granted and given power. Hebrews 4:12 declares, "12 For the word of God is quick , and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the jointsand marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart." We're so busy taking everyday medications, vitamins and many other things that may or may not be essential but are definitely temporal. What we need as believers is a daily dose of the Word, the B I B L E! The power that we need as a believer is in the Word, not only the written Word of God but in Jesus Christ as well.

Trust God!!!!

We must learn how to trust God! Proverbs 3:5-6 says, "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart and lean not to your understanding, In all your ways acknowledge him and he will direct your paths.

We find ourselves in situations where we are don't know what to do, we're tryna figure things out, and we come to the point where we have no other alternative but to trust God! Well believe or not, that is where God wants us. We are such know it alls, but for once we can't solve or answer the problem and so we have to go to another source, and when all other sources run out, there is one that will never run out and that is God. He wants at the point when we can't turn to no one or nothing else but Him. Have faith in God! TRUST GOD! What other ultimative do you have. NONE! So why not try him, he will do it for you but you gotta give him, the same trust you put in your parents, friends, physicians, teachers, mentors, pastors, etc.

TRUST GOD!!!!!!

For Christ I Live?

Who are we living for? Are we living for Christ? Many people call themselves Christians, but do we really show Christ-like attributes. We need to give ourselves another look in the mirror and see if we look like Christ. I don't mean a hand held mirror or the one in your bathroom, but the mirror I speak of is the Word of God. We need to open our bible, read it and allow it to show us whether we look like Christ or not. Christ said that if we were to live for Him, then we need to die to ourselves, pick up our cross and follow Him. - Matt. 17:24-26. He also says that in order to live for him we have to give up what is closest and most valuable to us. - Matt 19:16-26, Luke 14:26-27. We must acknowledge and realize that sacrifice is essential and most occur in our lives in order to live for Christ. After all, He did sacrifice everything for us. We must die daily to the flesh. Trust me in all your sacrificing He will supply and give you everything you need. So if your not living for Christ, then lets start.
